A life-long athlete and fitness fanatic, Leina named her company to reflect her competitive spirit, strategic approach, and passion for repositioning, launching and developing A/E/C companies in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Focused and driven to succeed, Leina is a team player with a proven track record and more than 30 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Facilities and Construction. She began her career running commercial properties and facilities throughout the Bay Area and across the United States. Transitioning from end user to the service provider side of the business allowed her to pursue her passion for commercial construction, in which she held various sales and leadership roles while honing her skills at repositioning, launching, and growing businesses in the competitive Bay Area marketplace. Leina’s diverse experience has resulted in a wealth of knowledge in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate.
A mentor to many, she believes that commitment, collaboration and persistence are essential aspects to achieving success.
